Description:
Assisted GPS uses a communications network to provide assistance data to a GPS receiver that operates in a difficult environment such as indoors or under trees. Emergency services (bush-fire fighting, search and rescue) oftenoperate in such conditions. This project aims to produce an assistance server that provides this assistance using the service radio, track the servicemen and assets in the filed, and provide them with guidance (e.g. where to search).
